By installing, accessing, or using the TaskFlow Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

TaskFlow is a productivity Chrome extension that provides task management features including but not limited to:

• Creating and organizing tasks
• Setting priorities and due dates
• Categorizing tasks with tags and projects
• Syncing data across devices
• Providing productivity insights and analytics

To use certain features of TaskFlow, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

You agree not to use TaskFlow to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

All content, features, and functionality of TaskFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Clip Factory SAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of TaskFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features of TaskFlow may require a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

TaskFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Factory SAS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clip Factory SAS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of TaskFlow after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to TaskFlow immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
